We are open for appointments on:

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

10am-2pm

Appointment slots are 1 hour each, bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

We wish we could show you everything, but we have limited racking space.

Please look through our online shop first. Via the appointment form, indicate up to 10 items to try. If you want to see even more, email us after you book & we'll do our best to accomodate!

*Item selections are not a guaranteed hold, online orders will be given priority.

No returns on any items purchased in-studio. We do not negotiate pricing on garments as they are already priced to reflect quality & condition.

We accept PayNow, PayPal & Credit Cards in person. No cash please.

Sera, The Reoutfitter may not be available at the time of your appointment. Rest assured, our staff is more than capable & looking forward to assisting you!

Out of respect for our paying styling clients, we do not give out styling advice (outside of the pieces you are trying), shopping advice, or any other advice Sera might give to her private clients.

Your appointment is for shopping from The Reoutfitter Shop pieces only.

As part of our mission to drive sustainable shopping habits at the start, we only sell on consignment for clients who have opted for our styling services. Learn more here.

Please do not bring garments to your appointment with the intention to sell. We will not entertain selling offers outside of our styled clients.
