Shipping & Returns
The Reoutfitter is currently only shipping within Singapore. In keeping with our mission for sustainability, we want to keep our CO2 emissions low and therefore only cater to customers in Singapore for the time being. As we learn more options to expand, we will keep you updated via our social media accounts!
Shipping is $5 and will be sent via Ninjavan.
Shipping on orders over $200 are free of charge, via Ninjavan.
Typically orders are sent out within 3-7 business days.
The Reoutfitter's mission is to reduce the amount of excess fashion that exists in our closets.
As part of this mission, we are happy to accept returns on FULL PRICE ITEMS within 7 days of your purchase for a refund. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com to indicate which item you'll be returning.
At this time, we are unable to provide shipping fees for the return. You may choose to mail (typically around $3 at the post office), or drop off at our studio free of charge.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, within 7 business days of receipt.
Please note any SALE, VINTAGE, ACCESSORIES (SHOES, BAGS, JEWELRY) are not be eligible for returns. Sale items are indicated with a cross-out pricing on the website and sales invoice.
Any exchanges will need to be entered in as a separate order.
