International Shipping

For international shipping, please refer to the shipping calculator when you check out for rates via our third party shipping.

Standard Delivery Times

Singapore Shipping: delivered within 3-7 business days

Rest of the world: delivered average of 7-14 business days please refer to estimated times by third party shippers at checkout

Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized at check out. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes.

The Reoutfitter does not accept returns if an item cannot be delivered due to unpaid taxes, import duties, levies, or any other charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

I need my item urgently. Can it be rushed?

If you are in Singapore and need your order urgently, we will try! Please email for any inquiries to receive your order earlier, we will do our best. Additional courier charges may apply.

Can I pick up my order at the showroom?

We currently do not allow pickups to ensure the safety of our inventory and manage the flow of try-on appointments. Thank you for understanding!


Terms of Returns

We at The Reoutfitter value mindful consumption and that extends to the preloved fashion we curate. Due to how much our society has over consumed clothes based on discounting or unsound purchases made on impulse, we have built our returns policy to be fair for our customers as well as to our mission at The Reoutfitter to honor more mindful consumption.

We have set up our Showroom specifically so that you are able to come try things on before you purchase, and we allow returns on all full-priced items purchased via our online store, minus the shipping fee. 

No returns or exchanges from items purchased from the showroom.

A restock fee may apply to those with excessive online returns to cover our costs.

We accept return requests within 7 days of the order delivery date.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and with the original tags.

We do not accept returns on: SALE ITEMS & ALL ACCESSORIES, this includes but is not limited to: jewelry, scarves, belts, hats anything outside of a apparel item.

Sale items are indicated on your invoice at the time of purchase.

Please do not drop off orders at our studio without a request. We will not process items that show up without prior notice.

Returns Shipping

Customers are liable and responsible for their return fees. Please use a service that offers tracking and insurance as we will not be held responsible for any lost packages.


After the returned items are approved for a return, refunds will be processed through the original payment method, within 7-10 business days of receipt.
