Bust: Measure around the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your body. Your waist is where your body starts to bend when you stretch to the side.

Hip: Measure about 8 in (20 cm) down from your waist, or at the widest part of your body below your tailbone.
