- Show up for your 30-minute session to try on styles from our shop.

- If you're looking for something in particular, let us know the type of styles or occasion(s) you are looking for and your size. Note: everything we have available is online so please browse online first.

- A fun and low pressure sales environment: we value sustainability and a more mindful shopping experience!

- While Sera's availability isn't guaranteed, rest assured our skilled staff will be here to assist you!

- Due to space constraints, we don't have all styles to view on a rack. Please be patient with us if we need to pull items out of our boxes.

- We do not accept bookings or changes via whatsapp, email or social media DM's. Please use this booking system to make an appointment or make any changes or cancellations - you will receive an email to confirm.

- Bookings are not a reservation or hold for items. Online orders will be given priority.

- No returns or exchanges from items purchased from the showroom.

- Online discount offers or codes are not applicable for showroom orders. 

- Please respect our showroom space, staff and garments so that we can continue to rehome clothes in a sustainable way.
